Steve Tate
Steve has been licensed in the Real Estate Industry since 1990, and spent 6 years selling Real Estate in Creston, in the Kootenay Valley. Before getting into the Industry, Steve was an assistant manager and then branch manager of a Inter-Provincial Roofing Company, in Saskatchewan, for 12 years. Steve is currently Past-President of the Kootenay Real Estate Board, after being elected to the Board of Directors in 1997. During Steve's two - 2 year terms, he was Chair of the Computer / Technology committee, Chair of the Professional Standards committee, and also on the Constitution / Bylaws review committee. Steve served as the Assistant Manager of Century 21 in Creston for 4 years, during which he was appointed as a Director on the board for the Chamber of Commerce and the Director for Economic Development Community. Steve is pleased to say that he has many very satisfied customers that he has worked with. Steve is known to go the "extra mile" for his clients.
